Sarge, you won't be denied. You have EVERY right to fire him as your FM! That is exactly what Karen will tell you. Just call Brian and tell him you would like a different FM. Just say, that you're not getting the miles you want and a different FM will be a better chance of success for you AND the company. It'll work, promise! Good Luck and if things don't work out, message me and I can get you on with EPES! You'll be making more AND home every week! The home terminal is in Greensboro, NC....10 miles from my house! It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

You'll get the hang of it Sarge. It would be nice if we could just fire all those office people. All of them people on the first floor trying to move up a floor. Don't you just love corporate bonehead wannabees?

 

I never had Wes as a permanent fleet manager, but he took over my fleet a few times when my FM was out. He ran me a lot better then my FM Kyle...

 

Way to go Sarge! Told ya, Tracy was a load of ****! haha I think he's a "favorite" there....that's the only guess I have as to how he keeps his job. Hope your new fleet runs better for ya and in a years time, if still interested, I can get ya on with my company! Just message me when or if your interested!

 

Well, now the USA Truck folly's start. I hope you land on your feet and soon. Thankfully you are just a couple of hours away from Memphis, if it's determined you will get another tractor.

 

No matter what they say, do not leave anything in a truck when they say you are getting another truck. They may not get you back to your truck even if they say they will...
