I got a 1200 mile deadhead after I delivered near Williston last week..or maybe that was this week. I digress.

Ouch!!! I know of a shipper close by that I can get a preload out of. Thats what Im hoping for.

I am headed to Springfield on a weekend run with no dispatchers and information on 3 loads.

All hook and drops.

Believe me Homeboy I would;but the little people (kids) love it.

 

Got am email on tuesday from the high school my daughter is getting an award. Asked to company to route me home to take my reset then. And they did.

Hoping to keep right on rolling Tuesday till friday for a 3 Day weekend for parenting time.

 

It looks as if the 1st string is coming in for lunch;so the "Shore Guys" my 85 yr old Dad,nephew and I will take a turn seeing what we can catch. I've already caught some NEW stories from my Dad..Very entertaining and interesting to say the least.

My day is busy,so I wish all you "MUTHA'S" a Happy Day tomorrow;but really,EVERYDAY is OUR day,right?

And for those still fortunate enough to still have a Mother around,I highly recommend seeing her,or at least a phone call..I wish everyday I could speak with mine. Say something to Dad too...Even if they act like it's no big deal...Trust me;it means a lot to him/her. This I DO know something about.
