Be careful how many times you say you have luck at meat plants,the next time u may not be so lucky,lol.

 

I just finished a 34 hour reset waiting for my load in dodge city that was 8 hours late.

 

Try smithfield lol they love for you to sit 8-10 hrs then cancel the load...so a wasted day andno detention

 

i'm here as well; i don't know where ur @ but i'm @ the fuel stop down the road from the plant. i've been here since 9 am yesterday, load was due out @ 5 am this morning, looks like i just might be late getting to slc

 

I got $200 detention for my 30 hour movie marathon there. He ought to get $300-400. I always went in there well stocked.

 

I'm so shocked no one has brought up any Cargill Locations!!!

 

I've been to many Cargill plants.That too is a hurry up and wait game.Especially with only 3 docks and 50 plus trks waiting.

 

I hate cargill!!

 

Budweiser can be the same way.So is Miller in Fort Worth.You'll always see a line a good mile long with trks sitting on the service road waiting to check in is'nt the long but waiting for bulkheads,ya that can take a long hr or better.Then you move elsewhere and wait another hr or longer before they even touch your trl to get loaded.

 

I don't. They pay well.

I hate Budweiser. They don't pay for ####, their loads are heavy, and they employ ego-maniac power trip thugs for security. And their beer sucks.
