I have heard their BIG,however I have found alcohol to be a GREAT Skeeter repellent..Thank the Good Lord I wont have to act like an "adult" up there..Takes way to much effort and energy.

Ooops.Missed this one. I don't want any false ideas bout this.My Dad and brother went in together buying the cabin..But since I am my Dad's son and my brother's brother I can usually get the keys anytime I want. Small pay-off for all the times Randy has beaten the "livin snot" out of me. Anyway I found my way to Mitchell,SD-Home Of The World Famous Corn Palace.Well its famous around here anyway.

 

Yeah Bumpy.... working, driving.... tired... slept well last night parked at a small Shell station in Sanger, TX. Only one other truck... I think the driver wasn't there. Strong wind all afternoon and at night too made the temperature really cool and comfortable. Thank you for the compliment, I'm flattered...

Mitchell used to have an awesome truck stop. They served a piece of sausage the size of a hamburger patty. I was up there overnight 2 years ago, and couldn't find it. I had hoped to go through the Corn Palace the next day, but I got a load and couldn't go sight seeing.
