Where are you

Hey Teddy_Bear, will send you a pic when I have some more time. Did my cooking, prepared my snacks for my next driving shift, cleaned windows, inspected truck n trlr, planned a few things, this and that and now gotta "force" myself to sleep again but darn.... I am not sleepy at all. Even though couldn't sleep much last night and drove from 2:40 till 13:20 today... Will wake up at 22:30 and drive some more 11 hrs. Now I'm in IA. It's a little windy here, which is nice. Would like to keep my windows open but probably not...
Wish I had more time to chat with you but gotta go to bed... You have a nice end of your day.

 

I've never been good at trying to sleep during the day. I can nap okay, but sleeping like it's night time still leaves me feeling like I'm not rested properly. Not sure how warm it is in IA today, but it sure is hot and humid in Missouri. Got everything done early this morning and was back home by about noon. Took a short nap and now getting ready to go to a friend's son's wedding reception.

You get yourself to bed and try to get a good sleep. Be safe on the roads tonight, Rocks. Even if we only get short chats, I enjoy getting to visit with you when we can. Take care and sweet dreams.

 

In 6-7 months I am leaving "the road." I do not know how it happened,but once again I have been manuevered into a (can I say) vice...And she is turning it tighter all the time..

Eh;I think he will;first round will be on me. My thing is once again pulling a flatbed this week;I have heard its hard work but in 8 years I have not really "worked" a day,and I cannot believe what I get paid to do it."That" is the part I will miss. All the Trucking B.S. though can kiss my ###.

 

Vacation? What?got to keep them Rollin!!heading west to CA. I -80 Ohio. And theirs plenty of wildlife out here bears every other mile!!!

White Haven PA... I80 x274 - much better choice for the evening stop than the TA in Columbia NJ. Parking lot is lit up, and 24-hour restaurant too.
