USA Trainer Shortage?

Phase one only trainers get 45 dollars a day for every day there is a student in the truck plus his miles. Phase 2 only trainers just get all the miles that the truck runs. If you are a phase 1 AND 2 trainer, that does both, you get 35 a day for the first 14 and then for the next 14 you get all the miles the truck runs.

 

That can't be right. If it is, then that answers your question. A person would have to be an idiot to train for only $45 a day.

Best of luck to ya impact. Its refreshing to see a new driver with the attitude you have. Not all drivers think theres something to learn everyday.

impact just fyi i went to orientation 06/11/2012 i havent even heard from a trainer and i call in 3 to 4 days a week. so if youve atleast talked to ur trainer your doing better than me lol
