I wondered around the Port of Houston for about half an hour before I finally got the right info.

Got home almost record early at 17:45. Came past the Love's in Cleveland right around 17:00...

Kentucky at the Pilot. Nosed in for some noise abatement. Working great and I have a nice view of a pasture instead of a bunch of trucks and garbage in a parking lot. Listening to the National League thump the AL in the All Star game. Doesn't break my heart if the NL wins. That is a contributing factor to St Louis winning last year. They had home field advantage in the World Series because the NL won the All Star game and it paid off and they were the World Champions because game 6 and 7 were in St Louis. They needed both wins to defeat the Texas Rangers.

 

I'm in tx south of fort worth in a rest area. Got early am delivery then pickup at our Carrollton plant and head home.

Tonight, taking my 10 hr break at a Walmart store parking lot. Some trucks here but MUCH better place than Pilots, FJs, etc.... Nice breeze, have my windows open and nobody next to me.... Did my shopping, cooked some soup and now gotta rush to bed. Will have about 5 sleeping hrs and then doing a drop and hook at WM DC about 3 mins from here. Then, rushing to another shipper and then another.... Then, rushing to drop and hook in NC and then to another shipper and then to Ga.... and then... maybe one week "hometime" at a hotel and a lot of things/personal business to do.... It will be very tiresome, no rest at all.... and then, back on the road... time flies...
