Pick up a beat to hell trailer in Idaho preloaded(sealed) with those roller thingies that bakeries use to dolly around the racks of bread and take it to Phoenix. Well, they loaded the darn things Wheels down. Yes they slide back and forth the whole trip. The load only weighed 20K so no problems being over at the scales. Those rollers beat the crap out of the bottom of the doors, they where bent out at the bottom. So after I delivered them I had a loaded trailer waiting form me at the PHX yrd. Dropped the empty mixed in with all the loaded trailers. I wasn't gonna deal with that and probably would have been blamed for it.

I guess this is the state of the industry. Not caring one bit about the company that's paying you. But let's see how you can screw the next guy. And then cry because you get screwed by someone else. You gentlemen are pathetic. Its all about me! Me! Me! If you want to know what's wrong with Knight, then look in the mirror. You'll do it to every company that you'll work at.

Blind Dog and Hegemeister Thank this. -
Knight shafted me out of a few dollars. The problem is Knight NOT the drivers. Can't help but wonder why you thinks Knights practices are acceptable?
BTW doing just fine now. There are good companies out here and Knight is not one of them. You sound quite angry....I'd work on that. -
Either that or go to a better company...
Doesn't a family member of the cr England owners own knight? Or someone related to them? Seems knight use to be much better before last couple years... -
The Knights(Knight Transportation), the Moyes(Swift and Central Ref.), and the Englands(CR. England and Pride) are all related.

That's messed up... -
AH , the inbreeding explains a lot .whoopNride Thanks this.

You're close . The wannabes are screwing up the industry accepting the low wages of the starter companies . That's the real problem . Wannabes just start at starter companies then quit after a few months when they get a reality check . This allows the companies to get dedicated accounts at cutthroat rates putting experienced drivers out of work .
Instead of decent companies running 4 trucks 3,000 miles a week to get every 12,000 miles you have bottom feeders like Watkins Shepard running 3 trucks 4,000 miles a week which can only be done with paper logs .
