A small Mr Coffee type coffeemaker should work off a power inverter. Pour the coffee into a thermos, and then plunk the coffeemaker back into the box it came in to keep it from breaking while you drive.

As far as cooking in a truck goes- I like using my engine compartment. I wrap it in foil, drive 1-2 hours depending on what your cooking, and presto! Like it came out of an oven. I do get some strange looks when I pop my hood at a rest area and take out a steaming foil package lol.
Lady K Thanks this. -
It is, no doubt, but I had to get it for meds. I have to store them between 36 and 46.

I looked at Danfoss compressors but went with Engel instead. I liked the one moving part idea on the compressor. I have two of these, a deep freeze and a digitally controlled fridge. They are both great but very spendy.

I brought my old coffeemaker from home last week. OMG there is nothing like the fresh aroma of brewing coffee (timer) wafting through the cab about half an hour before your alarm goes off.
