As I am waiting on my ride in Rapid City to the Big Party,I have a few 'Wandering Wonderings.'
1.Why do bikers feel the right shoulder of I-90 is their personal staging area? I realize I am not supposed to text or type on the Internet;but it IS legal for our highly trained and intelligent(?) LEO's. Never know boys and girls-one may have slipped through the cracks. You could AT LEAST stay outside the white line.

2.What's up with all the Harley's I saw being pulled on a trailer? Would it not be exactly the SAME thing if I were to put this rig on a cargo plane to the destination, drive around for 10 minutes to deliver and then back on the plane? I must admit though the thought has occurred to me,as I have NEVER said I'm a REAL Truck Driver.

    3. About 100 bikers from my cousin's clique rode by me and came into my lane in two perfect lines with about 10-15 ft between them.I recognized a few (and will see) them later I'm sure. My question: Why does one never hear of that line going down like domino's? All it would take is for one to tip their bike and.... I KNOW some of them now and it goes without saying more than a few are...how do I say this.."feeling good."

Numba 4 and lastly.I know.YAY..anyway on I-90 in S.D.,I must have seen at least a dozen RV's and pick-ups with campers broke down.Is not checking one's equipment before a trip as basic as blowing one's nose into something? Apparently not..

And so as my ride is here- G'Day,eh?:biggrin_255:

Teddy_Bear my dear, you have been working really hard this weekend, haven't you? Is your day over yet? Wishing you a restful end of weekend and less stressful week ahead... if that's possible. :biggrin_25519:

I'm hoping the week ahead goes smoothly. I haven't worked too hard this weekend, but it's been a busy one. I'm getting ready to go visit my sheets in a few minutes. 0100 is going to come around way earlier than I'm ready for.

How has your weekend been? I won't be around much this week, so I'll wish you a safe, profitable week ahead, and I'll catch up with you this weekend.

    Rocks Thanks this.

Very quiet around here Teddy_Bear.... except for the noisy trucks idling on both sides... :biggrin_25510: Taking my 34 reset till tomorrow early morning. Yesterday afternoon I practically collapsed in bed... then woke up at 21:00, cooked, took shower, had dinner, and went back to bed at 4:00... Woke up at 8:00, then 10:00 and finally left bed at 11:00 this morning. Should go to bed again at 21:00 but don't think that will happen... :biggrin_25512:

Rome, Ga camped in the customer lot. No real truck stop in this town and Walmart is not trucker friendly. Oh well, it is nice and quiet.
