    as of 8/6/2012...I have read somewhere this morning(I'll have to find the article)
    ...that the big carriers ARE NOT PUTTING TRUCKS ON THE ROAD...to increase the rates....about time,huh?

    It does not pay to put them in the red zone , why would they? Let the scabs go broke for peanuts when eventually the shippers will need to pay what were really worth!
