Don't think those drivers were proud... :biggrin_25512: Each one of them got some ticket from hwy patrol... :biggrin_25510: Dlvering tomorrow at 23:00 central time in MS. Awful time! :biggrin_25510: Hope will find parking at Walmart supercenter after that... everywhere else will be packed and my next p/up will be sometime during the day in LA. Have been getting loads from brokers instead of my regular Walmart account... This is not very fun... Gotta call brokers every time I arrive or departure anywhere... have appointment for deliveries at awful times in the evening... :biggrin_25510: But I guess this is the "real world of trucking".... I have been very spoiled in the Walmart account...

    Condolences.

Pueblo CO... at a Sam's Club waiting to be unloaded. I'll most likely park it here tonight. Very quiet.

Back home again....truck in it's "second home" (the shop)...again.....DAMMMMM EGR.....had a load of bark (bulk, conveyor belt loaded into trailer) put me at 79,870 thanks to EGR and Navistar, barely climbed the top of Siskyou in 3rd gear!!!!! Thing won't do a regular "regen" while on the move, and has to be "forced regen" after replacing the exhaust sensors (4).....I read on a thread here on TTR, Navistar/International stock has plumetted 50%+ DURING THE PAST 14 MONTHS DUE TO EXCESSIVE WARRANTY CLAIMS AND THE egr SYSTEM.....who'd a thunk?

I usually just go on about my business and wait for the brokers call me if they need an update. Trust me, they WILL call. I just tell them that I'm too busy doing my job to stop and let them know that I'm doing my job.

Actually, I just got this truck about 10 days ago. But I hated to see my streak of "some kind of breakdown every 10 days to further hamper my earnings potential" streak continue, so thank goodness the QC screen crapped out, or I might have actually run 14 consecutive days without a problem.

    Hate to overwork, doncha know??:biggrin_2556:
