By chance did you load that bark in Pilot, OR? Had a load of that crap when I was driving a reefer a few years back. Got unloaded by a front end loader in a field. What a mess. First, the loader banged the crap out of the trailer and ripped the sides and overhead, then crammed all the crap into the grooves in the deck. Also crammed the reefer unit full too. What a disaster and then the company said I had to clean it out at the yard. They paid me $10 for over an hours work! NOT even minimum wage.....oh I don't work there any more.

Hanging out in Baytown on a 34 reset. Had to get a cheap room for AC, but it is nice to get out of the truck for 2 nights.

I am sitting as out of the way as I can get INSIDE the gate at SDV.
Gonna have to move outside under a tree though. Sun is giving the AC a bit of bother at idle...

Mine does that too, until I manually activate the engine fan so that it's always on.

Yes... you are right. They told me at beginning they would "bother" me calling. But now that I call them constantly, they don't even "bother" calling me... I guess they just rely on me calling them... :biggrin_25523: Darn.... my load planner today told me that I "over communicate" stuff.... And she only wants simple answers... not the details... Now she hurt my feelings... :biggrin_2553:

Is that same tree you were under the other day? You might as well put a sign there with your name so nobody will take that spot...

I'm in MS at a small Shell fuel station. No trees and no AC here... my windows are open for ventilation. Feeling kinda hot and don't like my own smell. Will wash myself with icy cold water from cooler inside truck. Then, will try to take a nap. Don't feel like cooking or even eating anything. Gotta deliver this load at 23:00 local time nearby... :biggrin_25510: Then, hope will find parking at a Walmart supercenter... do some shopping and go to next p/up in New Orleans... and then park in front of business for 10 hrs because will not have hrs to move truck... DARN ELECTRONIC LOG! :biggrin_25510:

Longview, WA...Sampsons Bark...good people there! Well they like me anyway...I have a bit of experience in mills and quarries, so I can see which way the traffic flow is set up, and know not to block the equipment....other drivers just barrel in and think they have a priority or something...

These loads are unloaded by a bobcat...same size as a forklift...actually takes less time to unload than to load!

    JimBob24 Thanks this.
