You're $199 short. $879. Got two pairs of glasses (one new frames) 2 1/2 years ago for $800. And while this new pair has a few things the last one didn't, I was just floored.....

 

Which of course means you now have no excuses about what the floozie you picked-up at last call looks like!

At the PeeTro, Bordentown NJ. Fortunately, no interesting incidents today. I did see a rig pulled into one of those median turnouts this morning in the middle of I80 with the back end of the trailer caved in. Must have been part of the hootenanny that had I80 goobered-up last night. Dang yompers!

Did you buy some fuel to cover the parking?

 

I rolled in home at about 18:35 after but two deliveries all day.
Two decent ones though... nearly 8K to the Port of Houston and nearly 6K to an airline.
May have made as much as six small package deliveries pay.

 

Pete, have you ever went to a BJ's wholesale club?

Most all have vision centers and in Florida they beat anyone around for the same glasses.

 

i went to lenscrafters in june she said my script hasnt changed so i have 3 pair of glasses like 48 packards and 2 pair of maui jim sunglasses you needed those good sunglasses on the ocean with the glare
so i guess i am ok for a while

 

Fuel? Yup, wouldn't spend enough on truckstop junk to cover the bill, so its over to the fuel island, and buy some overpriced fuel - 50-ish gallons or so, so I can get a shower credit too.

I just get out my white cane with the red tip, n' fake it!

 

Oh yeah, got my fuel gauge back to working so all is well with the truck for now.
