Just read another thread here a student's on a mentor truck that's a 2013 Prostar with an APU that's a test unit. The handouts I have show only used Prostars for lease but I'm still waiting for a response from Lucy. I want a new Prostar and this is awesome good news. Now I'm going to go play some blackjack; feeling real lucky. Besides my ac is blowing (sucking) a nice cool 80* again. It was 45* at Little America, WY last night.

Where was I, oh yeah, Atlanta GA- La Crosse WI. Now in Chicago going to Memphis tomorrow, should be close to 3300 miles or so. The truck stop we stayed at last night had a cinema nearby so I got to see Expendables 2 lol at the matinee price of $5 bucks. Seems like that's what I paid for the bootleg copy of Expendables 1 lol.

Morris, IL ... more or less since last Saturday. Leave tomorrow for home time, straight shot across the 80 to Stockton.

 

Wow that's a long time to be in Morris.... details? Did you have any thoughts of pulling a Squeak and bobtailing home? lol.

Halfway to Memphis from Chicago. Pickups at shipper and 2 stops all across town. Will have to take a strict 10 hour break again and hustle, GPS says I will be 1 hour early.Will have to pull over at least once and forego breakfast til we get there.

 

More or less, HTR is for 8/26... dropped in Minooka Saturday. Did a out and back reefer for Costco on Sunday, back to Morris Monday. Was offered a Costco dry load to IA, drop at the store, with a b/u to Denver by Friday. Turned it down because every time I go through Denver on home time I get stuck and then only get out by going someplace not close to home. Planner came back with the load to Stockton, can drop Saturday.

 

At the Albquerque terminal after delivering to Costco earlier this afternoon. Took me early and had me MTed out in about 45 minutes.

Picking up a load at the Walmart grocery DC in the morning delivering to El Paso later the same day.

 

St Regis MT I 90 ext 33 nice little travel center here....its a super secret hidey hole..... and keep this quite,it doesn't advertise ANY truck parking...but there is about 10 spots..look for it past resturant...gas station...down the street..nice burgers too!

 

Last time I was there they sold Huckleberry everything!

 

Ferndale, WA ... My little black book hasn't been update since this TS been converted to a
Peelot. Not much fer parking here. Twas full around noon. Delivered my load to Lowes in Bellingham. One of those double drop and hooks. Empty trailer had a gaping hole in a tire.

So, talked to the box and waited and waited for them to set up the paper work with tire shop. Limped on down the road slowly to said shop. Had me up and ready to walk on down the road in no time.... Just to sit and wait... And still waiting for a preplan. Whata waste of a day.
