Does Knight still use 4-wheeler complaints?

I understand your basic lament.

Indeed, some of the complaints about Knight could be considered as the 'nature of the trucking industry." My general complaints are in regards to how Knight changed from when I hired on as being known as a 'drivers co." to when I left as becoming a 'bean counters $ maker,' where drivers were down at the bottom of the list of priorities.

Some get on this forum just to blow off steam after being 'done bad' by Knight, but others are on here to relay their experiences, inform new drivers and those asking for info. Most of the drivers on here who complain about Knight have 7+ yrs experience in the industry; whereas, most who frequent here and complain about all the complaints have 2 yrs or less in the industry. Knight prefers the 'newbies' as they havnt 'been there/done that' as the more experienced drivers who wont put up with much crap, knowing better!!

And so the bottom line is, read all and make your own decisions as drivers mixed with your own experiences. But also be aware that things at Knight can change w/o a moments notice just by getting a 'new' DM , who may put co. policy above a driver's relationship!!
