Possibly.....But when you see a rig "pushing" a 4-Wheeler out of the way on the ribbon...Majority of the time in my experiences...It's been a reefer-tugger guilty of the "pushing".....
Not saying you all do this...But last time I checked..."Following To Closely" is a CSA violation...

I see it with all types, my personal favorite is placarded tankers. Good time to lift off the throttle. The only people I dont notice driving like its the craftsman truck series are the overdimentional guys.

I think these are my favorite threads. Why are reefer drivers so inconsiderate that they actually have the nerve to park at truck stops. I do actually try to be considerate of other drivers if possible. If I can park with my nose to the back of their trailer I will as long as I know I can get out ok or pull straight out. If not then I guess too bad. As far as running on cycle or start stop - pretty much everything other than produce can be run on cycle. I get a little paranoid with some frozen loads in the summer and run continuous but my TK unit lets the temp go up 5 degrees and kicks on. Alot of brokers say "run continuous" but it's really silly in my opinion and certainly isn't going to affect the load.

Yep...A few tankers running in the Rifle/Parachute oil leases do that....With the price of crude changing at a blink of an eye on the CBOT...Their bosses push them to run like that....

Don't get me wrong....Reefer Drivers do what they have to do....That's the nature of the biz....And they shouldn't apologize for just trying to earn a decent buck doing it either...
