Where are you

Time to start my 3 days of nights, well, a days/nights combo. It will all be worth it come 2100 Thursday night, when my 4 day weekend begins. From the sounds of it, this may be the last time they do this nonsense.

Laredo, TX. Had a fun girl's day which I covered in the Hijacking thread. Found a good parking spot at the Pilot amid the chaos of people trying to get in and get out after the train passed through. Someone knocked on my door just after I layed down to go to bed and I thought "if I ignore it, maybe they'll go away". This works most of the time, doesn't work when the person knocking is wearing a Police or US Customs uniform..but in this case it was neither.

 

Sorry for the delay, was in Canada and I've learned my lesson about using my internet in Canada.. I was taking I280 out of Jersery City, NJ and told myself i was going to be a good little fella and not be a "WildChild" because it was raining.. While climbing a grade that had me down to 35mph a Toyota Corolla came from the right center lane across infront of me to get to the exit ramp, but couldn't get off because of the traffic that was already on the ramp so it had to stop in the "neutral area". Not even half a second (so quickly i was still in the process of making an escape route encase the Toyota did something crazy) another car (a crossover in the color scheme of purple to metallic blue) came across the front of my truck, but it cut so close all i could see what the roof.. I went for brakes and hit the horn but it was too late. The car had to jam on brakes to keep from rear ending the Toyota that was where it was trying to go. I ended up bumping it on the corner with the right corner of my bumper and once the car that was next to me passed i managed to swerve around the lady before the surge caught up to me and caused me to hit her again. I pulled over and called 911 and both cars sat in the "neutral area" for about 10mins, once i got off the phone with 911 i called the company and told them what happened. While on the phone with safety, the car i hit drove off.. and the about 5mins after that the Toyota drove off, so i was left there all alone when the State Trooper showed up. I didn't get cited, i just need the accident report so i can get the truck fixed and not get no lip.
