    yea....the lady dot said since it was while she had me on the scale...and not while being inspected....it wouldnt show up...id just be responsible to pay the 100 bucks...but again....this is my first issue ever with any kinda dot....and was kinda freakin out....

    I got the same ticket at same scale last year... Company pulled my CSA a cpl months ago and it didnt show.

    It's not going to show up

    just make sure when you pay it to check back in a month or two to make sure it was paid and cleared... if not it will come back later and affect your CDL...

    Wrong, bottom feeder companies use the DAC/Hire right to blackball any driver who may piss on their wheaties, they can and WILL right whatever they feel on the DAC/Hire right whether true or not.
