Where are you

I got held up in both messes in Atlanta yesterday....east side of 285, then about 4 miles north of the loop on 75. Ended up staying at Monteagle last night but was too tired to sign-on. Today, I'm in Fulton, MO. Deliver at 0600 Tuesday, and I already have a pre-plan going back to Lithia Springs. I'm thinkin' this new Asset Manager may be on the ball....

 

Anderson, SC eating a little late tonight....Loaded in a Big A suburb going up to the garbage state, not sure if I'm dropping it or going on in..

I don't know if I said it before but after I sat outside SDV for 30 minutes or so, at about 15:35 or so I get a text about one that will be ready after 16:30. Go into SDV yard at about 16:05 and leave there with 4 items at 17:35 with the first two with 18:00 cutoff.

Between dispatch and the SDV crew it is really a wonder how anything gets done....

BTW home at 20:08 and not TOO far from hitting the sheets!

At the "Turtle Preserve" - quiet, peaceful. No big trucks, lizards, jerks with jake brakes... just quiet.


...still haven't run across a turtle at this place in 5 years.
