I just walked in at about 21:45. SOMEONE at the company had the bright idea that my last pick up in Conroe was a 24hr place. NOT!

Gotta go over and do it in the morning. Just gonna hit "Last Post" and then

Got over to Conroe and one of the guys that loaded me said "I guess I should have told the guard you would be late and to let you in."

DOH!

Anyhow got it picked up and delivered ok and got back home 11:06

 

Still in Beaver Dam, OH.

 

Blown Turbo and CAC is full of oil....so she won't be ready to roll til Tues.

Significance is on her way over the hill to bring me home....luckily only 140 miles (one way)!

 

Gainesville FL. By the grace of god I got this load. Wife's mom was admitted to shands this morning unresponsive. Her brain tumor has spread to the right side.

Very ironic I got a load coming directly here.

 

Plus...aviators use the term "wheels up".....not a good "position" for 18 wheels!

 

Monteagle, TN. Been doin' the GA/IL thing. But since Monday morn, I've put exactly 3001 miles on this truck. Haven't been able to say that for a long time. Got 11 hours to work tomorrow, then take a 34 Monday (haven't been able to say THAT either!).
