Just start callin as many companies as you can find on google that hire teams and have CDL training. And tell them about yalls little situation. Some will turn you down because of his past. And some won't care. It will depend on how long it has been since what he has done what he did in the first place and what he did. Sorry i couldn't help yall much more and good luck!

 

Hes on parole? Hes not going to be driving much distance and depending on his crime most won't look at you at all. Good luck.
