Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Monee IL got my truck DOT inspected in the Petro shop, what should have been a routine $54 job turned out to be a bit more as the guy found two brake linings with cracks, so had them do an axle brake job which is a bummer because I just had brand new brakes put on 14 months ago.
-
I've had DOT/B service at that Petro before ... felt they did pretty good job.
Just to make you feel better I had the same issue on my last DOT, also got new steer tires ... just so I can turn the truck in next week.
Customer's drop lot in Denver ... Load tomorrow for a one day hop over to Grand Island. -
Yes they did a great job, I looked at the linings when they were taken off, and did see the cracks went all the way through. Although the guy put my tires on skewed such that I couldn't check the tire pressure against the Centramatic so I had him take the tire/rim off and do it right before I left.
Meanwhile when I paying the bill another customer had come in complaining that his valve stems were jammed up against each other from a tire job last week and was asking to have them fix it.
Meant to ask, are you going to lease another truck? -
Here in Goodyear. Truck in KW. Found out that the recall was already done 2 years ago. Swift just never took it out of their records. This afternoon they will be putting it on the DYNO. Chase a ghost in the engine. Yesterday comming accross I-10 out of CA, had the cruise set at 68 and pulled that one hill at the line for the first time without dropping a gear. Normally will drop down into 6th, and this with 33k. Also when hit 55mph, rpm will drop below 1200, causing me to down shift and get back up to 57mph. Witchy Woman, where is the beer.
