Small outfit of WI. He doesn't usually see much of Laredo these days, but more of Mission/McAllen/Edinburgh area.

Curiously up until two years ago I used to see Laredo quite a bit;and found most there spoke English better than me. Er. (I)

I'm usually in the Valley 2/3x a month--HUGE difference between RGV & Laredo--our outbound rate increases drastically if load crosses there! Not so much due to loadin(xdock we use there is actually pretty decent)but Laredo Sucks!
