With prime you will team for 45k miles minimum on training pay before you can solo so keep that in mind. My friend is still teaming and I've been solo for 2 months already and I've been home several times he's been home twice. Pay wise from SNI I average about $600 a week and average about 8 days out at a time. VA payment is suppose to be $1068 for first six months then like $850 for the last six months. I'm still waiting for my payments to start I submitted the paperwork 2 months ago. There are a few more companies that offer this program so check them all out. SNI orientation and training I felt was great and good people to work with and helpful as well. There policies are a little hard to deal with like this new idle air sensor I took my plug in cooler out of the truck when I got mine installed heat was more important to me then eating healthy and cheaper.

Yes I do know about the team training with Prime but I am looking at all the options. Thanks for all the info stay safe out there.

How is the Regional position with SNI? Are you constantly moving? What is the average pay for this position?

hey Sal, did the program through another company. VA said that it takes like 90-120 days to get the program STARTED, although you will get a huge lump on your first payment (I did). Then it takes nearly 90 days for them to approve each MONTH of payments. However you will usually get two months of payments at a time because if the company has submitted your hours/miles they will grab all of them at once. Its just that first hump thats a #######. Also, they dont pay you on the 1st like they do with normal benefits They pay you when they do them, so you could get a dispersal at anytime of the month.

I have my cooler plugged in during the day, and unplugged at night. It works for me and my food is still cold in the morning.

Heck, I get loads that have a difference of more than 50 miles between workflow and navigo so I'm always screwed on my OOR which I was told that they don't hold that against you. Either way, I tend to find that on long runs where I gotta run back roads through small towns, that it is well worth the extra 30-40 miles sometimes to stay on the highways which not only saves time but also saves on diesel.

Somehow my OOR percentage was negative last month. Thought it was odd.
