I went into a small town butcher shop in MN, thinking I could get them to do that for me. Nope. Everything was vacuum packaged and frozen. Told me that the health department regulations didn't allow them to handle meat in the shop. This governmental control needs to be backed off.teddy_bear6506 Thanks this.

Now if that were Korea....it could have a dog......or a cat....or a monkey...Oh, and in South America they eat guinea pigs too. Yummy!

Boudin balls are greasy deep fried sausage balls with Cajun spices, commonly sold in Louisiana and bordering states along the I-10 corridor.
I meant to try some when I came through last week, but I ended up not having time. I was on a tight shhhedule. Gotta try to stay legal, after all.
