he said he has a compny job, he didnt say he was home all the time. 10-14 days if i remember correctly.

o/o or company. the age old question. problem is there is no answer, it all depends on what you want and youve done both so you will figure it out. personally if i had to go company i.would quit trucking

Some of us, like my self, are O/O because most companies won't put up with us. I work a month and take 2-3 weeks off. I'm fussy about what kinda freight goes on my trailer, I need a truck with a shower and bathroom or a motel everynight. I afraid of the dark so can't drive at night.
Actually kinda surprised Mercer puts up with me. Guess I'll just sit at home this month till freight rates go back up.

 

At least 90% of them steering wheel holders know how to back into a parking spot

 

i am with flightline. my headlights could be burned out for months and id never know, i dont drive at night. i have had a few co jobs in my life and only one ever lasted more then three months

 

problem with you is you are mercerized. You have all the signs of being mercerized,Solar powered haul airplane frieght likes to sit around and be picky. I am proud of you not just anybody can be mercerized. It is a tough job but someone has to do it

 

I have ran into 4 deer in the last five years all at night just look at the front of my truck now I orderd my new bumper but I'll wait until it warms back up sick of spending $1,400 on a bumper every year

 

Why you will neVer be more than a one trick pony

 

Heck, most of them are way better than me, they can back into two parking spots at the same time!
