Yeah, I'm 32 now and have had Asthma since I was born. My original plan was $228 month but I canceled it in 2010. I called them up to restart my plan again in 2011 and they told me I had to re-apply and go thru all the crap again. I had a doctor call me from BCBS and he asked me questions about my asthma (never did that the 1st time) and luckily the doc also had asthma and understood how it works. They put me at a tier 1 and my rate has been $118 month ever since.

I never go to the doctor and only get prescriptions, but a few months ago i had to get x-rays on my knee and have a procedure done. they paid it all 80/20 and my rate is still the same so far...... keeping my fingers crossed it stays the same for next year.

well I screwed around all most all of 2012 and did not accomplish much othet than getting that tractor on the road for my boy,I was supposed to go and lease on with Packard the day after new years, but I decided this afternoon that I am not gonna do that either. Guess I will call out there monday and tell them I have changed my mind.I had my tractor leased to a friend of mine hauling some rebar kind of local not much over 300 miles one way thru out the summer. I told him in October to cancel my lease and my insurance. So I stopped in at the global operations center this afternoon and we had a couple beers and he asked me "What are you gonna do about your insurance". Here he has been paying it for the last 11 or 12 weeks.I wish he would have mentioned this earlier because even with no rebar to haul I could have pulled my flat or one of his reefers and at least done something productive. It was nice of him to pay my insurance but I don't want him to pay my bills so I think monday I will be on the computer looking for something to haul.I have been reinstated for about the 15th time now in 13 years.Like I said in another post Nobody ever quits over there oh they quit but keep on working, and if he fires somebody they just keep on working too.

I sure hope this year starts out better for me I have a game plan I'm hoping will work I have been putting all the money in one pot when I left the book keeper today they said I need to split my fixed cost up between the trucks and keep the numbers on each truck and not my fleet that way if one truck is not making money I can look closer at that one just one bad apple will pull your numbers down fast

One of the first things I'm going to do is sale my stepdeck and get a lighter one but I'll be buying a flatbed first at the end of this year it's going to be time for a new truck or a rebuild I have to fig out why I'm getting 5mpg nobody can put there finger on it so I have a better game plan let's just see how it works.

14L Detroit I am guessing, and what speed you driving it at??

Also, you Texas guys like to run recap tires or off-brand stuff. Whats the truck got for rubber???

That FTL should be able to get better than 5mpg you'd think

ya thats bad for a 12.7, i get 6.5 out of my cat. have the air cooler checked for leaks, have the overhead ran, check the injectors. pull the outlet tube off the turbo and check the.ends.of the vanes. make sure they arent all chewed up causing low boost.
