I had one dedicated customer before I come over here and they let me take care of it for the 1st year, but made it more and more inconveinent, till I finally gave it to the local agent. I do understand, they have to draw and line and it is there insurance and their agents need to maintain territorys.

I do not think it is worth patent or building to sell in the store. Most other flatbedders think it's little sissy to have a short ladder to get on the trailer.
1st version made out of 1" tubing, 2nd version made the uprights out of 1.5" tubing and 1 more step taller.
Be happy to send anyone larger picture. Not sure how to make the picture larger on here.
I can give measurements but I recommend the spread matching your trailer spread between the stake pockets. (I'm not sure all trailers are the same).
I still need to figure a way to secure it down but still be able to move it into different pockets. Only need securement for DOT. It doesn't seem to come out on it's own.

it may be sissy but my headache rack has a deck plate attached that extends out to the 1/4 fenders leaving me no room for steps up onto it. sure climbing on the back of the step is easy but once its loaded and you have to get onto the upper deck it is a majore ordeal. it would be handy to me

Would that mean my is real sissy, since I have steps up my cat walk/drom box and a rear door. Yet I love my ladder

That's not what they told me they also said they would have to approve them first sometimes they pay me soon as I pick up the load

I think I going to go back to one truck less headaches and I can stop worrying about everyone else and worry about me I let two drivers go this week I'm just sick of all the BS it's not worth it anymore not for the little $20,k a year I make off each truck than I pay the lady in the office $33,k a year than my wife ####### how she works for free

I'm doing my books this weekend so far I've made $610,k last year spent $209,k in fuel $240, in just payroll $30,k in isurance so looks like I'll walk away in the red again this year time to sale some of this headac

A ladder --- OK, but for a stepdeck? Not trying to be smart but how does one manage the rest of their chores if a ladder is needed just to mount a stepdeck?
