Our issue is that my wife is really wanting me to come off the road for something local, which I myself would love to do. But I'm not going to take the first opportunity that rolls in front of me just for the sake of being local. But there are more things available around Columbia, SC then where we were living, so after the dust settles I'll pursue it again.....
Where are you

For us, it's more of an issue of me getting closer to work, and hubby being closer to his docs and the hospital. We only have the one vehicle, and if anything should happen to him, I'm an hour and a half away. We're looking to get me within :15-:30 minutes from home/work. He could take me to work if he wanted to go do something, rather than being trapped in the house 15 miles from town all day long.
I spend approximately $100 per week in gas, depending on price. I could save at least half a house payment or more just in the gas I save. Plus there would be a lot less wear and tear on my car and my body.48Packard Thanks this. -
