Same here. On rare occasions when I have to drive toward the sun there's an invention I use called a sun visor. That seems to be very useful when used in combination with the sunglasses ;)

You are partially right in your statement. The vast majority of the brokers do not care as long as the freight is moved. But there are a small handful of brokers and a big market of direct shippers that do care what the trucks/trailers look like inside and out. We have customers that pay the extra premium to ship with us due to the fact our trucks are clean, shined, and many are show quality. They know we got them this way through harder work and more determination than most will ever consider doing.

I've seen your truck rollin' down the road and I'll vouch for the show quality, i'm sure anyone would be proud of their freight in that ride.

Thanks for the compliment, but mine is no show truck. Mine is actually a middle of the pack truck compared to the rest of the fleet. Mostly cause my wife wants a new house built before I start adding extra bling. LOL

One saying goes, "Happy wife equals happy life!" and there are plenty of others. No matter the saying, you are making the smart play! :biggrin_25525:

That would be a sharp looking rig... flat black all the way back. That would also make it invisible to radar, right? :biggrin_25523:

I'd love to have an all flat black rig, I'm talking the grille, fuel tanks, rims, stacks, the while 9 yards

A guy here has one... ugliest POS you can imagine. I think satin finish would produce a much better looking truck.

Possibly, what kind of truck does he have? I would think a 379exhd would be sweet looking
