Down the road from my last drop at 11:00. Was told to hang loose and he'll call me.

It was about a Load. I hope they don't think I read minds.....

Front Royal, VA at the Family Dollar DC - 4 hours early. The guards informed me that I can't be more than 2 hours early. I offered to go away and come back, but they had me sneak in and back to a door. Told me that I could go inside to the break room, but under NO circumstances am I to make contact with anyone at the window until 10:45pm. Check.

I inquired about unloading my own truck and was told that it's a 'lumper only' facility. Oddly enough, Family Dollar's own Routing, Shipping and Packaging Instructions document says otherwise on page 18, item number 3. We shall see...

Well, I didn't need to read minds. I just needed something to DO!
Got a pallet going to World Trade Center and was all over it!
Last delivery today was 1521# off the back of my pickup!

Rolled in home 19:10. Pork Chops, Sweet Taters and Carrots for dinner. A bit of TV and here I am.
