good refreigerated trucking companies??

System I haven't heard of. Not sure I'm young enough, or in good enough shape anymore, for flat bedding. Course, that could be a good reason to get into to it. . Thought Interstate was all O/O's or L/O's.

Working for a 50 truck outfit now, and would kind of like to stay with that size of an outfit, tho would think about anything up to say.... 300 trucks.

How much is their per diem and can you opt out of it? What percentage of DH miles do you have? APU's or idle restrictions?
