New york HUT sticker

yop, went into effect Jan 1, 2013. Like $19 if I remember correctly what I was told it was going to cost me.

 

Yes- an ugly pink decal that has to be placed "on the body" on the front of your truck. NOT on the bumper which would make more sense.

 

they changed that. You can put it by the license plate on the bumper.

The NY CMV put out a letter to that effect. It was posted here last week on it.

 

Glad they changed that cuz that is pretty big sticker, no where to put it close to the tag on the hood of my volvo

You work for USA and have heard nothing about it? Thats weird for such a big company. Unless USA doesn't go into NY much? We were getting messages to get routed to a terminal around the middle of December, or if we couldnt make it to one by new year, to get ours overnited to us.

 

This is the first I've heard of it and I just came down from buffalo on Friday. Will have to check on it first thing in the morning.
