Anyone have any good or bad to say about IWX motor freight, and if they hire out of PA?

They run hell out of you, don't know about Pa. but doubt it because they run teams Springfield MO and Kingman AZ and they usually relay freight with a lot of Canada. They have great eqp but I hear their drivers complain about always working weekends.

Passin Thru : Can you tell me what EQP is? My son is looking to work for IWX because Prime never wants him to come home to Lake Havasu City which is near Kingman. He doesn't care about working weekends, just wants time off after 5-6 weeks and not a hard time when they knew full well and agreed that he was going home after "this load". Thanks

Iwx would be perfect for him. The kingman solo drivers mostly run loads into California and they are home weekly. In the summer during produce season may be out longer, but never weeks on end. Been with company for 12 years btw

FYI - have a friend running Springfield to kingman, they pay $398 gross on 1200 round trip. Works out to less than .34 CPM team. Dismal, IMO.

That's because they are doing relay, which is terminal to terminal drp and hook. Regular solo and cross country drivers are paid well

Yeah, but - I run the same lane , for 66cpm, hazmat, doubles, drop and hook. You'd rather work for half the money? I don't get it. I'm not trying to be an #######, I just don't understand why drivers allow themselves to get underpaid. Help me!
