I had the same problem. Got a preplan that was tight, I adjusted the times in macro 9 and they accepted my changes. As it turned out, using 30 minute pretrips and 27 mph hills in the Tehachapi's plus having to log ALL time at the receiver as On Duty Not Driving for the 28 minute drop and hook then driving across town to yet again log On Duty Not Driving for another 43 minutes while they nonchalantly sat in their comfy chairs ignoring me while I stood there waiting for the paperwork, ate my clock up such that the time would have to be extended past my earlier projected delivery time by about 2 to 4 hours I estimate to accommodate for either an 8 hour sleeper or 10 hour DOT break. DM CSR, FM and planners all went into hissy fit mode and declared Service Failure. Then I got a message that this is SF #2 in less than a year, matter of fact less than a month. Evidently, I was scored a SF for the Christmas Eve load wherein I arrived at the final and the place was closed, so I sent a message stating so, got a reply back to double check with the guard. I went to the truck stop and delivered no problems on December 26. I told my DM at the time this is an erroneous SF as the place was CLOSED and to go ahead and remove it from my record. I never heard back nor followed up on it, my bad I know, plus they took that page down off the Swift website so I couldn't know it was there still. I'm told 3 is the limit and they are being very "strick" lol.
Good night from...

Here at Rexam in Winston-Salem. This place sux. Took 3 pplans before they finally got the hint, home time. SC to Detroit, NC to Columbus for a live unload on Monday and one other. They finally actually saw the special request and home time in the computer, PHX, not Columbus. Then comes a load, Winston to Laredo. Then on to PHX. My DM could not believe when the ECT told me that there was no special plan and request on my truck. Soon as you open up the page, right there in large letters.

Well after a week of some how dodging these storms I am in St. Joseph Mo at the loves waiting until the morning to do my final of 7 drops in Lincoln NE for Home Depot then off to omaha to pick up a load going to Boise Idaho on monday, and from there try to get home. Over all not a bad month running, did about 12k and had downtime every weekend.

oh... this trailer tracks to the right. i can see the side and logo of swift as i'm driving. what causes that?
-
Sounds like yet another junk trailer, more than likely it is from the tandem or worst the frame could be warped. But I think its just the tandem, report it and move on.

Just down the road from Rexam. After sitting for almost 5 hours to get a dock, finally loaded. Took them all of 20 mins. Saw some other Swift trucks, take almost 3-4 hours to get loaded. By the time that final on Wednesday, will have almost 3100 miles. Not bad for lousy fr8. Have not seen a week like this in long time.

well.. got woken up from another driver saying he is gonna repower my load. heard the message go off 20 min. before but didn't get up to see what it said. oh well. now i can go back to sleep lol
