Driving for a year really doesn't have anything to do with it. It's called always putting yourself in a place of, possible, success and work ethic. Just frustrates me too see a driver complaining that act the way you did on the 34. That's a childish move coming from a business owner.
Just saying

Yes but he gets to say "the point i make is that i control me nobody else does "
Young_Gun Thanks this. -
What kills me (I actually stopped reading his post after I read the "breaking the 34")
, Warchild you screwed yourself out of hours... Then get upset when they don't have a load for you? Also...if I was them I would have let you DH home. They actually did you a favor giving you a load home.
Your attitude seems you are a new o/o. Deny it if you wish, but I can smell it front here. Maybe when you have to make your truck a new bird house, you'll drive smart and have a better attitude. -
Arnold planners do more to piss away drivers hours than anything else. They routinely fail to plan ahead based on your PTA or any other QC comms you send their way. The norm is to empty first thing in the morning, full 11/14 to work with, and then sit till afternoon before you get a load.

Hey young gun I will like to say that apparently you still have not gotten wet behind the ears to say what's wrong or right. On behalf of the many that are link o/o driver's home time was never a problem, sitting for hours and days rarely happened. We had 2500 and plus miles. Both companies merged and should have double the loads. We shouldn't be having load or delay issues.
Hey warchild pulling that stunt of driving over 200 miles home was crazy. You spent more on fuel instead of waiting. -
To all Arnold drivers. Let me infom you guys that the investors of Link America bought 51% of Arnold not the other way. Arnold posted a letter on the web site stating that. Link just kept the Arnold name for business purposes. So if you dont like that Suck it. Am proud to be a link o/o.

There was a debate in the Austell drivers lounge last night. All the Arnold drivers seem to think Arnold came in and bought Link America and saved us . They also seem to think USX was kicked to the curb.
Think of it this way Arnold drivers.
One testical is in Tenex hands, the other is in USX hands. Arnold is nothing more than the name on the door. The company is juggled between 2 investors who want nothing more than profits. Proof? You have split ownership between two billion dollar companies yet paid scrap wages. Example: my 2 year anniversary is worth a $300 "retention bonus" and no days off. My 1 year at Link was worth $600 and 7 days off AND I kept my truck. I was fine with the merger and took at is it came and kept rolling with the flow.... Up until last night listening to the misinformed Arnold cheer team raving up how the company is so fantastic . I've never seen so many drivers that accepted so much crap and micromanagement. I was disgusted listening to a driver in Jacksonville say " I don't mind sitting around, that's just how it is"... Good job, the more you accept it, the more these companies think it's ok. Link had its fair share of problems... But I'll take link at its worst over this dump. -
Who is buddog? Never heard of you before...
Things still working for you there Anj? If so, cool! If not, I know you'll make it better.
Had a Linker hit the wall on the curve on I4 the other day after a rain. Looked like a new trailer, too. -
On a scale of 1-10, they get a 2 right now. I told myself I would give them until summer to make a fair assessment so im still here riding it out.

Hi Shaggy am just another link driver trying to make it out here with the so company link bought into. There is so much b-ll sh-t in this company no one knows what they are doing. They have no idea what is going on and every time you mention you are a link driver all hell brakes loose.
