    Rick,
You are entitled to your opinion, but I am a Schneider driver, and I can assure you I can back, drive in all kinds of bad conditions, and give good service to my customers. You seem to have painted all Schneider drivers with the same brush, based on a few experiences. Just my two cents.

    , my carrier v
You have my respect . I know every carrier has their share of good drivers .
I just don't want to hear what a great job CDL mills do . They exploit desperate people , some with families to feed knowing very well some lack the aptitude to ever be successful .
BTW , a few months ago my carrier took over an Ashland account SNI lost . Some customers prefer quality of service over low rates

    mje Thanks this.

I went through the orientation up in gb last fall. The instructors there were good folks. They want to help you be successful. I had a good experience there and am happy with them as a company.

But what do I know, Im just an idiot newby from another cdl mill.

    mje Thanks this.

It's because the last time I drove was in 2001. No company will look at my prior history because it's more than 5 years old. You obviously wanted to know or you woulda just ignored my entire post!

I mean pathetic CDL nonhacking graduates that give OTR carrierd a turnover rate of over 100%

I agree and no doubt SNI has many drivers that are superior to many drivers driving for my carrier

The number of assumptions you make on nothing but personal observations are staggering. With this latest gaffe of yours, you erroneously lump all cdl schools in with cdl mills. Secondly, you erroneously assume and imply it's only the carriers accepting new grads with turnover rates of 100 percent. It's not, it's industry-wide. http://www.thetruckersreport.com/driver-turnover-is-up-above-100/
So go ahead and keep dissing all cdl schools and new drivers with your incorrect information and assumptions and we'll keep correcting you.
