When I did orientation last week he said that they are currently testing two EOBR's and anyone who wanted to be a test truck was welcome to participate.
Qualcom @ $800.00 was one and I forget the name of the other but it only costs $100.00. Each would have a small monthly fee like Prepass. They are free to use as a test truck and I think I remember him saying that he expected them to be mandatory by the end of 2014. Now I don't know if he meant mandatory at Mercer or for everyone on the road. Maybe this is the reason for the big recruiting push?

I am not sure what Mercer's csa score is for driver logs, but if it is getting high then maybe they will have no choice but to make eobrs mandatory.

 

i dont think it is, the prepass is green 95 per cent of the time. last time i was checked in alabama to dot officer commented on how good mercer 's score was

Well bayou won't give anyone a hard time anymore, he's got a whole pitcher of Mercer kool aid now.

 

The only area they are deficient in is HOS and only by 4.1 %.

 

It's all his. I'm not sure what flavor he has, but it looks like blueberry. Not a very refreshing flavor.
