At the house--
We dont put in for hometime since all our stuff is out and back--but I can relate to your comment Pete about you just had time off--Couple weeks ago comment to the boss early one Sunday--Im gonna have to take a a day or two soon--gettin tired--he laughed and said "you just had the wknd off" Really? he said I saw you yesterday-(saturday)and you're still here today--thats Sat&sunday! We both laughed our ##### off--course it was 10pm Sat and 8am Sun--although I cant say much--since he works as hard if not harder then anyone else round here--LOL
But kinda like last night--rolled in round 7--He still in barn loadin trucks--asks me Wanna go to Miami?
Not particularly I reply--he said me neither--Have a nice trip! LMAO

 

Darn that TeddyBare! She's in league with that equivocatin' Pennsylvanian Gopher. IT IS snowin' in Springfield MO! Got here before it started up this way...

 

I'm in a much higher league than the PA gopher. Looks like we ended up with about 4-5", but with the way it's blowing around, who knows. All I care is about is if I can get outta here at 0 dark thirty in the morning. I've got 5 miles on blacktop highway that runs E-W and the wind is from the N. *Sigh* I want to see the sun.

 

I just saw on TWC that Watkins, CO has 5 foot drifts. Zen may be singing Muskrat Love again tonight.

No kiddin'!!! I ran into rain yesterday afternoon near Denton TX, and it was on and off all the way up past Muskogee OK in the wee hours this morning. Caught the first blast around Joplin this morning, and it's finally caught up to me. GRRR!

 

I woke up to find the the dogs got hold of three books and shredded them.

Two paperbacks are probably easily replaced and no big thing. But Unintended Consequences if I can replace it will probably cost too much.

Dang dogs.

 

If you find the sun, please bring it back with you. If you're heading toward the KC area, you might wanna hold off a while. I just caught the end of the news, but seems there are several accidents, and the ramps are causing problems for big trucks and cars, alike.

 

Not going anywhere except to the Quality Inn on Glenstone, and Freightliner after I check in!
