And, for entertainment, watching a covenant driver trying to back into a single spot when there are numerous 2&3 wide spots less than 50 feet away.

 

Dallas in a dock waiting to get loaded then down to HE Butthead in San Antonio. The only good part about that is I will have time to stop in Temple at Clem Mikeska's for lunch!

 

Anyone else ever have the fork lift drivers have a demolition derby in your truck?

 

HEB? Don't let them leave dunnage in your trailer. Check it before you leave the dock, and bring your dinner with you as well. You'll be there a while.

Had a forklift driver pierce a carton of cream soda pop once. Looked like a Johnny Jihad explosion in the trailer!!
im in Mill city NV having lunch. Soon to be headed for Twin Falls Idaho.

 

HEY! HEY! No talking bad about those poor Covenant drivers.... maybe he/she was just practicing... for the days when there are no 2&3 wide spots...
Now at a small rest area in TN. Got a load from another dedicated account... Man, I am heavy loaded... Almost 80,000... Going to drop this trlr at one of the company's terminal in Nashville tomorrow morning. Tomorrow my dsp will try to find another load to squeeze between this drop and my next p/up tomorrow evening in Atlanta. If he can't find anything, will bobtail back to Douglas, Ga for a Walmart trailer and if Walmart dispatchers don't give me a store load... I will get the mpt and rush to Atlanta... It's going to be another rush rush day... But I think I like it... Will be almost out of my 70 hrs when I finally deliver the load in South Dakota on 03/31.
