Flying j showers

I say we all show our solidarity by not showering for one month. I know, for half the truckers out there this will be nothing new, but it's the OTHER half that can really make a difference. Eventually, the stench will get bad enough that all the shippers will close their doors to all truckers which, in turn, will shut down all commerce. As a result, all stores will "run dry". Congress will then be forced to intervene, and it will pass the "Ripe Truckers and Musty Crack Act", which will provide that Flying J give full access to unlimited showers, free of charge at all times.

 

You sure they didn't go up at Pilot also..since they are together anyway?

I don't pay for Showers...We only Fuel at PFJs so I usually get 5-6 on my Card there.

 

My personal record is 22 days without a shower.

 

I find the Petro/TA showers to be better on average. My company rarely let's me fuel and anything other than a flying j/pilot so I rarely get to use the the Petro unfortunately.

 

Yeah, and then what? Your fleas start complaining about horrible living conditions? Did you get a nasty note from HUD about cleaning the place up for the tenants?

 

All the others will now raise their shower rates and even more drivers will stink. Thanks Fj.

 

They hadn't as of Saturday. It was still $10 in Murdo.

 

I commend you on one hand for running hard and $tackin up your dollar$... but in that same note, DUDE THAT IS DISGUSTING THAT YOU WOULD GO THAT LONG WITHOUT TAKING A SHOWER! I bet your truck smells like ***, feet, cheese, and stank breath, right now. WOW! But whatever floats your boat.

the company tells me to fuel at pfj, so I have over 8 showers on the card right now. and even when I take 5 days off, I still come out of the house with 6-7 showers on the card.

PFJ has been remodeling showers for over a year now. One can't expect them to remodel 4,440 showers over night. Btw the they have added Iopd jacks in the shower.

 

I will say I had a very good experience at the Jeffersonville, OH FJ today. Made up for the card readers at the pumps being down.
