Woke up at 3, don't deliver until 10 and get to drive through the hills of Wyoming in snow today and tonight.

What's that thing Pete always says? Oh, right.

    Sigh

They say it is not supposed to start getting bad until tonight through Wednesday so my hope is that AB will not be late and I can get out of here before it picks up. AND, TWC says Cheyenne is the northern edge of the current snow and I'm heading north on 85.

At the DC, and the lumpers that lump appear to be lumping. Paperwork done, and a fresh 11 due to enforced creative parking. Need to send the taxman more MONEY.

They were wrong. I25 is already closed north of Ft. Collins to Cheyenne. Sure wish I didn't have to give up this primo parking spot to deliver because I guarantee I won't be getting it back.

if your going to AB afterwards for a load Mondays are crazy there
must have been 15 trucks ahead of me to check in last week

if you go to cheyenne a flying j at exit 7 before 80 has parking on the side street beside the tire shop too
and dont go as soon as the road opens wait a couple hours
it was like a nascar restart last week
    with a wreck right away

Current plan is to head east on US34 to 76 to 80 and head north at North Platte. Dispatcher wasn't too happy with the extra miles. I told her she'd be less happy with me sitting for 3 days.

Chances are that US83 will be a mess north of N. Platte as well. That stretch of I25 from Wellington to Cheyenne always get's clobbered.

    Zen Trucker Thanks this.

At the Casa de Pablo right now, doing regional right now waiting for the call from my trainer. The route we normally have, the plant's lines were down all weekend so it is probably going to be this evening or late afternoon before we head out.
