Vandy news again...

Well the Stephs have been let go from Vandy, today there was noone to man the parts/service desk. Sorry to see them go for whatever the reason. Pray they have a good future in whereever they are led.

Otherwise it was a nice visit. Pulled in planning on sitting out 34 since the load I was on didn't delivery until Monday am. But surprise, surprise, surprise as Gomer Pyle use to say, ended up dropping that load and picking up 2 more for another 800 miles before the pay period is over.

That along with the fact that not one driver was sitting around whining about lack of miles gives you the impression things are looking up. Oh yeah, there were the usual comments about maintainece or lack of it. But noone complained about the miles.

 

No, the shops not closed. You just have to wait for one of the techs to put down his tools and see what you need. I'm hoping this is short term.
