It seems to me that the company is just trying to get some SOP's in place to make it easy to throw drivers in the trucks. lt's typical of companies that have high turnover.
Life at USA is about ready to change big time!!!!!!!!

The way they do it Schneider is you must use at least one of their fuel options. That will keep you 100% compliant. If you do not use at least one stop in their ratio, they dog ya. But you can still fuel all the way up. I don't stop a truck for 50 gallons. That would be my last trip with them.
-
they dont own YOU and when you are working, you are there to deliver freight and feed your family, not learn how to balance a ball on your nose
sadly, most of the drivers will accept this instead of telling USA where to go -
Well I can tell you it is not coming from fuel economy it is the great idea of the new CEO
-
Thomas what you are saying about the point a to b I do not know what fleet you are in but u can inbox me here to tell me. But what I am talking is all true you have to go to where they say and get the gallons they tell you you can not fuel at stops that yes is our fuel stops and u must go the route they say if you do not believe me call fuel economy ask them! Why would I lie?
-
Not with decker it wasn't. My avg day was 3 or 4 fuel stops depending on where I was in the country. And every time I went home I had 7 fuel stops on the way out. They have you stop get 30 gallons here get 40 gallons here get 10 gallons right by the house so on and so fourth. they figure the min fuel get get to a cheaper fuel even if it means many fuel stops on the way.

im am on fleet 18,we started running the same fuel solutions pilot program as of last Tuesday, I called fuel economy last Tuesday, was not told the same info you were told.I have not had to use any designated routing from the company nor been limited on the amount of gallons I could get from the fuel stop that they told me to go to

USX has been doing it for years, I didn't care for it much but it was there truck so I dealt with it. It would ask you how much fuel you had when you accepted the pre-load info I always lied so I could get fuel. To me it was important so that I could take a shower that day. Other than that if I had an issue because the planners can't to simple mileage to route math I would call dispatch and get fuel. Just big companies taking planning out of the drivers.

I was at a 1/2 tank but fuel gage does not read proper all the time

Ok, got my first load with this fuel solution on it. Started my run by taking me 22 miles out of route and costing me 30 minutes of drive time. Trying to stay positive as I get things together for another career opportunity, but if this continues I will be one unhappy camper. 22 miles at 6.5 mpg is a loss of about $12 in fuel and $8.50 in lost wages for me. Can't say this program is getting off to a good start.
