Well, I got my truck back from the hospital (Foley in Topeka) on Wednesday. Wasn't long though before I started having new problems. I would loose air quickly. This didn't surface during PreTrip, instead waiting until I was about 80 miles down the road. Was told to take it to the maintenance shop in Great Bend and have their mechanics look at it. However even though my pressure, both primary and secondary, were down to 50psi and falling when I pulled in to their yard, they couldn't find anything wrong. So continued on to my delivery point.

Now a second problem arises, my bed will not budge. Messed with that for about 45 mins before suddenly it decides to behave and work. I was scheduled to load and go to Leoti, KS, but our shop manager decided that would not be a good idea, so got me rescheduled with a load so I could get back to the shop. Then my lift-axle would not lift.

Thursday they found the electric wire for my lift-axle broke/burnt apart in about 4 places. Then they rebuilt the air dryer. Since then no air issues, my bed would not act up anymore so that's a non-issue now, and my lift axle is fixed.

So I ran to Lawrence, then back to Lebo loaded rock and went to Great Bend. From there went back to Lyons, loaded salt for Leoti, where I spent Thursday night. Then Friday, I bounced back to Lyons, loaded salt for Great Bend TWICE. Then pre-loaded at Lyons to deliver to Lawrence on Monday. Hopefully this next week will not be as eventful as the prior two.

Haven't been on here much, as I picked up a nice DSLR and have been cramming to get my feeble mind reacquainted with photography. So far my set up is:
    Canon EOS Rebel 4Ti (650D)
    Canon EFS 18-55mm F4
    Canon EFS 55-250mm F4
Canon Speedlite 430EX II (Flash), this is a sweet flash. Can use it remote-wireless.
a couple of flash diffusers, lens hoods, UV and Polarizer filters, infared remote, wire-remote shutter release.

Then when I get comfortable again, I'll be getting a Westcott 60" Reversible umbrella kit and Soft box.

Downside so far, the only model I can get is Daisy Mae...

You've been busy since you got the truck back, Eaton. It's good to see your posts again. I've seen a grey truck from your company nearly everyday this week on my way home. If I see a blue one, you can bet I'll be given a big ole wave.

Nothing wrong with starting out with Daisy Mae, she's a cutie and doesn't seem to look too upset about her picture being taken.

Ok, except my truck is gray also. It looks blue in my sig pic, because I done a HDR merge for an artistic effect.

My claim to fame! I was on tv because I was at the Mad Greek when Diners, Dives, and Driveins filmed the first episode.

Edwards, Co. Snowing hard above 8500', especially on the west slopes. But only the eastbound needed Otter's video, I got to go barefoot! Now off to find one of the nanny threads and talk about the jake screaming coming down the snow covered grades. That should stir the pot. :p:D:p

(MT and BHW, ya'll just ignore me, k?)
