Just another week of vacation ............



3 days of riding ....... I need to go back to work and rest!

 

I drove by there this morning, a little before 8:30 am.... but was in a hurry...



Dropped my loaded trailer at a WM DC in CO, got another loaded trailer right there and now at a fuel station in CO almost KS. There was nobody here when I arrived and still nobody... I am the only truck here... This fuel station has a dirt lot in the back.... It stays open 24 hrs. I guess it will be a quiet night...

 

Funny thing... when I arrived at this empty fuel station this evening, I had no idea where to park... no marks, nothing to give me a good clue... So, I asked a tank driver who was unloading fuel where trucks normally park here... Felt funny... I mean, unusual to have ALLLLLLLL the empty lot for myself...

 

We all have our "winners". First time it has ever happened to me so I guess that is something.

Parked in a Rocksian spot in Wheatland, WY and now across the street at the Convenience/Liquor Store/Sports Bar.

 

I haven't seen 48Packard and Jim Bob lately... wondering where they have been...

 

Trexler T/S... this place is packed tonight. Picking up in Bethlehem in the AM, headed for Westfield MA tomorrow night.

 

Home for the weekend, 4 day week, 3200 miles....worked out great.

I rolled in about 20:20 last night.
I don't know how I did it. My GPS shows I sat still 9.20 hours out of 12.45 (at that time) and I managed to have 11 signed delivery tickets.

Would have posted last night but crashed hard at 21:00.
