Leaving tonight for a dayton ohio back north of pittsburgh load, had 3700 miles last week in that ol' loaner 379, see what I can get out of her this week...

Word to the wise, dont try riding a few miles on a bike after not doing anything physcial other than flatbedding for 5 years....ugh man my legs are jelllo.

Cloudy and drizzly all day here in Troy, IL...but I managed to pick out a dry 40-minute window and got a little walk in.

I've been doing pretty well controlling my food intake....until this morning's binge at the DD across the road....needed to walk a few of those (pick a number between 3 and 5 here) donuts off.....

We've been doing pretty good about watching our food intake, but the morel mushrooms we had for dinner kinda crossed the line today. Lord, but they were delicious.
