mushrooms are pretty low in calories
i guess the 3 lbs of butter and garlic
and the 20 oz steak mighta been a problem

 

When it comes to veggies i go hog wild, figure you can never have too many veggies, I love to wrap them in foil with a little olive butter and some mesquite wood chips in the charcoal...mmmmm yum yum

 

No butter or garlic, just a little salt n peppa, fried in olive oil.

I'm looking forward to it warming up and we start using the grill more. Fire grilled fresh veggies are yummy.

Man I made a hell of a dinner tonight, the wife grilled some corn on the cob and made mashed taters and I took the charcoal grill and grilled me up some thin boneless, skinless chicken breast with some BBQ sauce on them and I filled my stainless tin clean full of mesquite wood chips, the smoke was rolling out from under the lid like crazy....I love cooking out! heck me and the wife both do, we have 2 grills haha.
