He said he has a 6:00 delivery... I understand that is a set appointment. So he has to be there at 6:00... correct?

So, this is a different customer, correct? Me, if there's no good parking at customer and I don't know if they would allow parking overnight, I would choose the truck stop instead. And make a note about overnight parking for future reference if you return there. Some places are so small they suggest drivers don't arrive too early.

With paper logs...things are "adjustable"....so you can start and park whenever and wherever. E-logs....you can't change the begin of your 14.

Oh... absolutely sir. And with elog, you can't change your location either... I call paper logs more "flexible"... :yes2557: In any case, I think if he has a set appt. at 6:00, it would be more advantageous if he can sleep at customer and start his 14 right there.

Yes... I have done it before... If there were nobody there overnight, no security, guard, nothing, how would they know if you were there overnight or not? But you don't know till you have been there once. :biggrin_25525:

I don't care if you drive 600 or 1100 miles a day, aslong as YOU know when to pull over and go to bed and know your own limits, im fine with it.

there's days I run 1000+ miles and I feel good when I hit the bunk, then there's days I run 500 miles and I'm worn out and beat tired...
